In order to ensure prompt, timely & efficient deliveries, please provide the correct pin code in the shipping address. Also, it is very important for us to have your contact email & mobile number, so please provide your correct phone number while registering for shipping.

Delivery in India

The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location.

Please note that if your location is not served by our regular courier partners, we will be dispatching your order through Value Payable Post (VPP) or Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days.

Delivery time may also vary according to your delivery location. Orders to be delivered to North East India might require a minimum of 10-12 business days for delivery.

International Delivery

All International deliveries may take 7-14 working days in general. The tracking ID of your shipment shall be shared with you from the shipment agency as soon as the order is picked up for delivery. The tracking ID of your order gets updated periodically to provide the most current status of the shipment.

Flight delays, cancellations, and customs delays are beyond our control. Due to the time required for custom and import clearance and forwarding, delivery timelines may suffer. Please note that delivery timings will also be bound by the custom policies and regulations of your region.

Additional charges for customs clearance of the shipment, if any, shall be paid by the recipient. Balance Ayurveda has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. For general instances, this information can be provided by our shipping partner to you in case required.

In rare cases, you may have to coordinate with customs or local post office for the clearance of the shipment. In such a case, we will keep you informed with all relevant information.

What is the process of booking a Balance Ayurveda shipment?

Book your Balance Ayurveda shipment. Once we receive your order details, we wait for you to make the payment for the shipment. Your shipment is confirmed only after confirmation of payment. Once this process is over, your consignment is ready to get shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Based on the location, the shipment will take approx. 5-10 business days.

Can the shipping price increase?

Shipping prices are subject to logistics carriers, and the prices can vary depending on international regulators.

Does Shipzy ship within India and internationally?

Shipzy ships within India to about 30,000+ pin codes and internationally to about 150 destinations.

What happens after I book the shipment?

You will receive a tracking ID with regards to your shipment via email. Your order will be delivered to you within the stipulated time.

I haven’t received my order even after many days, what do I do?

How can I make the payment for the items?

You can pay via PayPal if you are outside India. Indian residents can pay via Net banking, UPI, and other payment modes. The consignment shall be shipped only after the receipt of payment.

Refund Policy

Notice for all Customers

This Refund Policy only applies to fees collected by Balance Ayurveda for treatment services provided by Balance Ayurveda. And this Policy does not apply to Appointment Fees which are paid towards your Doctor’s Appointment booking charges. The Treatment charges will be subject to the refund policy of the respective Treatment You have undergone.

It is important that You read this Refund Policy carefully. You should familiarize yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy, prior to purchasing any goods or services from Balance Ayurveda.

General Refund Conditions

This Refund Policy is subject to change by Us and in the event of any amendments, We shall make a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply after We have given notice. If You do not wish to accept the revised policy, You should not continue to use the Services. If You continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.

Appointment Fees

As a general rule, the Appointment Fee shall not be refunded and will be subject to the refund policy of the Doctor You have booked the appointment for.

In case You have paid the incorrect Appointment fee, then the customer will be provided the ability to cancel and seek a refund of the wrong fee paid and pay the correct fee.

Treatment Fees

Refunds of Service Fees will only be considered where You satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If You (or the relevant customer as applicable) fail to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, We shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.

The service shall be deemed to be actually delivered in full upon completion of delivery of service at the country of residence, including all internal Ayurvedic treatment, or if the package sent by courier has been received by post.

To apply for a refund, You must send a Refund Request Email. All refund requests should be submitted to Balance Ayurveda by You either through an email.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • The refund request email is received by us before the date of appointment and within 7 days of the date of payment whichever is earlier.
  • Where it is clear a customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
  • Refund is permitted for a purchased service if it has been cancelled or withdrawn by Balance Ayurveda.

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds of Service Fees will be processed within Fifteen (15) working days from the date of notifying You of the decision.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed by the method of payment used for the Services. If Balance Ayurveda is unable to process a refund by the same mode, we will notify You of an alternate method for processing such refund.

Chargebacks

We expect You to contact Us to resolve any problem or issue related to your payment before You make any Chargeback request to your bank. This Section does not affect any rights which You may have against the issuer of a debit or credit card.
